An additional three-year cycle of ISO 9001:2015 has been awarded to DOLE Caraga for its effective implementation and continuous improvement in delivering quality service to its clients and partners.

“Having been recertified to ISO 9001:2015 is a testament to the organization’s dedication in providing deliverables efficiently to reach the expectations and satisfaction of our clients. This certificate is also proof that DOLE Caraga’s Quality Management System (QMS) is on par with international standards on service quality and efficiency,” DOLE Caraga Regional Director Joffrey Suyao said.

RD Suyao also congratulated the DOLE Caraga for its continued effort in ensuring consistency and service advancement of the department’s operations.

“I would like to congratulate team DOLE Caraga on this remarkable accomplishment. Let’s continue to do better in carrying out our activities in line with the organization’s goals and the standards accepted globally. Once again, congratulations!” RD Suyao shared.

The certificate which covers the provision of public services related to labor and employment was granted by Certification International Philippines, Inc. last February 14, 2022.

ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognized standard for quality management. It validates an organization’s ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
